DR. RACHEL SNYDER

Dr. Rachel Snyder is a highly trained dental specialist committed to helping her patients preserve their natural smiles. Dr. Snyder is skilled in diagnosing tooth pain and performing endodontic treatments that save your natural teeth. She is a well-educated dental professional with years of experience and accolades in recognition of her outstanding work.

To obtain these impressive skills, Dr. Snyder studied intensely for eight years. She began her studies at Yeshiva University Stern College, where she graduated summa cum laude. After earning her bachelor’s in Biology, Dr. Snyder continued her education at Columbia University’s College of Dental Medicine program. At Columbia, she acquired her D.D.S in Dental Surgery and participated in their rigorous Endodontics Residency Program, receiving intensive clinical training.

As a professional, Dr. Snyder has more than seven years of experience working in dentistry. During her time at Columbia, she completed her general practice residency at Manhattan Veterans Affairs. Following her education, Dr. Snyder worked in general dentistry. More recently, she has been serving the New York and New Jersey area for more than four years as an Endodontist.

Dr. Snyder has been recognized several times for her exemplary work in dentistry. Academically, she ranked number one over all four years of dental school, earning the Highest Academic Achievement Award and the Alpha Omega International Dental Fraternity Certificate of Academic Achievement Award. While in Columbia’s College of Dental Medicine, she was recognized as a Dean’s Scholar and received the American Academy of Oral and Maxillofacial Pathology Award.

Also, Dr. Snyder actively associates with her colleagues as a member of several professional societies. She is affiliated with the American Dental Association, Omicron Kappa Upsilon Key, and the American Association of Endodontists.
